Stephens Selection Ltd is led by Mark Stephens who previously spent over fourteen years working for a leading insurance and financial services recruitment firm. He has extensive experience of recruiting for senior roles across a range of disciplines within the insurance and reinsurance markets including:

• Underwriting
• Finance and Accountancy
• In-House Legal
• Operations/Back Office
• Claims
• Human Resources

In addition to the London and wider UK market he has recruited for organisations across Central Europe, Switzerland, the Channel Islands, Bermuda and Hong Kong.

Mark is a Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (M.I.R.P) and holds a Diploma in Recruitment Practice. Prior to working in recruitment Mark worked for a London Market reinsurer.
