Wherever possible we prefer to meet instructing principals face to face to gain a complete understanding of every aspect and nuance of your requirements for each recruitment assignment.
Assignments can be conducted on either a retained or contingency basis depending on the nature and level/seniority of the role and the degree of discretion required. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, structuring fees to reflect the nature of each project.
All research required in the course of our assignments is conducted In-House to prevent compromising on the quality of the information provided to clients, and any approaches made to candidates are made by the consultant handling the assignment to prevent candidate briefing errors.
We will agree a timetable with you at the outset, keep you regularly appraised of progress and stay close to all candidates involved in the process, passing feedback each way (if/as appropriate) until the assignment is satisfactorily concluded.
In addition to recruitment we are able to provide interim staff as well as conducting benchmarking and pure research projects.
We are also able to offer clients discounted advertising space in industry specific or national and international publications if this is considered appropriate, and will draft copy and arrange artwork as required.
